- New and Unused Product
- You must request a return within 14 days of placing your order, but please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be in new condition, fully functional, and returned in their original packaging, just as they were sent to you.
- The original packaging is essential because these products come with special labels and forms that must be present on the box when returning them to us. Please be aware that installing the product will void the possibility of a return.

- Returns on Used and Installed Product
- To request a return, you must do so within 30 days after the delivery date.
- Written approval from CA Battery Supplier is required before returning the item.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Use reputable couriers that offer tracking information and insurance for the shipment's value.
- The product(s) must be returned in "as new" condition, fully functional, and in their original packaging.
- Refunds will only be processed after inspecting the returned equipment, confirming it's in working condition, and verifying all components are present.
- Returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 30% of the original invoice.
- Please keep these conditions in mind when considering a return.
- NOTE: We highly recommend that customers obtain insurance coverage for the full value of the returned package. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund if the product is damaged while in transit. To prevent potential damage, it's crucial to ship the item in a new box, in addition to using the original manufacturer's packaging.
